My ISP says there is nothing wrong and told me to clear the cache, which I did and it seemed to improve.

But I apologise to those of you who have been having this problem.  Although I moderate comments, it is only for spam.  I have not, so far, rejected any real comment – even if I didn’t like it!  So if your comment doesn’t appear it means I never got it.  So sorry, but do try again, please.
