Apology

I know, I know.

Lola, I’m sorry.  Not been able to write anything for days now.  It’s like writers block – but it’s just the mood I’m in and the fact that I don’t have anything to say.  Or, at least, anything that makes sense for this blog and that I can write about or want to write about.  And, so, I hope, things will be back to normal soon.

Thanks for waiting.

  1. Hi Gail,

Yes, I’m fine, really. Well, very tired. F & I are good but, right now, at 11 o’clock at night, I’m waiting for him to get back from work, whereas, really, I just want to be in bed asleep!!!!

And, maybe it’s the tiredness, maybe the weather, maybe just the first full week back at work but I just can’t seem to get a grip on things to write up.

I know you have your ‘feed’ to tell you about any new post sbut Lola keeps visiting several times a day and I started to feel really guilty :-D

That’s why it says sorry to Lola.

How about you? Saw your fb post!

    Love back
    Andy

  2. HI ANDY-

Ya, things are okay – Jen arrived safely to her sisters. They will do wonders for one another. :-)
I am adjusting again, my diet and medication, adding some natural supplements and restricting sodium even more. Nothing alarming just seems like I can’t reach a balance that works. In time………..
I am a follower of Lola now. I like her and her blog. :-)

It’s okay if you are uninspired to write for a while -rest and regroup and most of all catch up on some sleep!!!

I am taking it one day at a time and making good choices that reflect my reality and encourage wellness. I am actually feeling empowered, again. phew.

    Have a glorious weekend
    Love to you
    Gail
    peace……

  3. Andy: thanks for this!
I was getting a little worried!
Yes, I do keep visiting (I don’t like feeds) but take your time, no pressure
It’s just that I miss your posts :(
    No problem, I’ll wait.
You have been very patient with me so I guess that I can wait a little longer.
    :D

  4. @Gail
Yes, I can imagine that there will be adjustments. It’s a good job that you don’t live here. Salt seems to be such a staple ingredient in Italian cooking and I use so little of it in mine now. F always adds extra salt when I cook :-D. I’m glad you’re feeling empowered again.

    @Lola.
Yes, I understand. I used to miss your posts on your other blogs :-D That’s why I was very happy when you started again. I will be back soon. Who knows, perhaps something will happen today!

    Thanks both of you!
